Energy cleansing duo includes a single stick of sustainably sourced Palo Santo and  white sage in a resealable bag.

Dating back a few centuries, smudging has been used by indigenous Americans as a sort of incense with cleansing and spiritual properties. Both white sage and Palo Santo produce a light smoke that is used to cleanse the energy of places and of people. Smoke also is deeply symbolic - it ascends to heaven, as if bringing any prayers and intentions up to the gods with it.

Perfect for cleansing rituals, neutralizing negative energy prior to meditation, aromatherapy, to restock a smudge kit, or simply burn for the pleasant and soothing aroma. 

Palo Santo: Approximately 4-5 inches long; White Sage: 4.5-5.5 inches long

Hold the bundle at a 45 degree angle and light with a match or lighter. Let it burn for a few seconds and then gently blow it out.

You should be left with a small continuous trail of smoke. Wave the smoke around your home to clear surrounding negative energies and invite peace into the space.

To lengthen burn time, gently blow on embers.
